I'm not a newbie to growing but these plants stopped growing then i noticed fungus knots. I used miracle grow potting soil for flowers.will my veggies be safe to eat??.i noticed ther are little white pellets all throughout it and what looks like little chunks of manure??!! Once the tomato plants were about 3 to 6 inches tall i would transplant them to a raised bed with top soil and nutritional additives such as the raised bed miracle grow soil you mention. Raised bed gardening is an excellent way to garden in a small space. It was overwhelming and stayed in my garden for days.
