Saute vegetable (except tomato) in margarine(butter) just until soft. Slice quiche and place on ovenproof plates or dish. Cover edge of crust with aluminum foil to prevent overbrowning.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
